Fric\u0103, furie, indignare, panic\u0103, neputin\u021b\u0103, ne\u00eencredere, exaltare, euforie &#8211; aceste st\u0103ri nu dispar imediat dup\u0103 ce \u00eenchidem aplica\u021bia, ele r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een corp \u0219i ne condi\u021bioneaz\u0103 felul \u00een care vorbim cu ceilal\u021bi, \u00een capacitatea noastr\u0103 de a lua decizii \u0219i \u00een felul \u00een care privim viitorul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Propaganda \u0219tie foarte bine acest lucru \u0219i \u00eel folose\u0219te cu iscusin\u021b\u0103 \u00eempotriva noastr\u0103. A\u0219a apar mesajele care promit r\u0103spunsuri simple la probleme complicate. <strong>\u00cen loc s\u0103 ne ajute s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem realitatea, propaganda ne \u00eempinge s\u0103 ne temem de ea.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cercet\u0103rile recente \u00een domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale arat\u0103 c\u0103 impactul incertitudinii create de media asupra min\u021bii umane duce la mai mult\u0103 anxietate. Psihologii recomand\u0103 pauze de la \u0219tiri \u0219i social media, amintind c\u0103 este bine s\u0103 fim informa\u021bi, dar expunerea constant\u0103 la evenimente negative poate fi cople\u0219itoare.
